This emergency call out only reminded us again about keeping our external hard drives safe and actually leaving backups at home and only using a flash or similar device to move to office and back, etc. Even having it on laptop, to work with away and at home, then to frequently send everything to your home backup that stays safe in your draw.
A clients request to fix their mobile phone, stuck locked out of the device, after they factory reset and forgot the account profile and password to log back into the phone after restart. Taken to vendors, who could not assist, they eventually turned to Stratigix for a solution.
We repaired the software, did a hard reset and logged on to google account through the phone to retrieve and find the account, reset security and deleted and created new account to be used.

Currently we are backing up data and streamlining the file management of Embroidery at Home computer systems. The changes will assist to secure storage of the info, data, client design templates and program files needed constantly. It is the idea that this would promote improved functionality and speed up some processes to add to their great work.
On receiving a completely dead Lenovo L540 laptop the client needed it to be restored or at least a way in which to retrieve important information for use.
Opening up the laptop and inspecting the situation, it was clear previous attempts were made and the technician that had the machine did not replace all screws, basic fundamentals were not adhered to, a few critical checks were needed in the repair and the casing was damaged on one side.
Next day, after a thorough work over and some repair to the machine casing, the unit was a bit more secure and steady, adding some screws to hold, fastening casing fixtures, etc. We were happy to correct the faults on the laptop structure and return the laptop to the client in a working condition and fully functioning windows OS.
